Foyles Westfield Book Club

Tuesday 27th September 2011 7:30pm - 8:30pm Westfield White City, Foyles Unit 2054, Westfield, White City, London, W12 7GE Literary Event, Free Event

The book this month is Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut. This hugely influential '70s novel is a surreal cross between autobiography, war novel and science fiction, telling the story of Vonnegut's own experiences of the bombing of Dresden, but also throwing in some aliens and time travel for good measure. It's very strange, very good and we're sure it'll give us lots to talk about!

We will be meeting as usual in the Stinging Nettle on Goldhawk Road at 7.30pm.

In order to facilitate the best possible discussion, we can only accommodate up to 15 people at a time. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you'd like to attend, or if you have any further questions, contact Adam.Howard@foyles.co.uk or Rebecca.Cameron@foyles.co.uk
