Ceviche – Talk and cookery demo with Martin Morales
Since its opening - to a chorus of rapturous approval - in February last year, Ceviche has become one of London's most prized restaurants and has created a new wave of enthusiasm for Peruvian cuisine. This afternoon Martin Morales, founder of this Soho culinary landmark shows us how to make the dish which gave his restaurant its name, the beautifully fresh and simple raw fish ceviche, flavoured with a delicate blend of chilli, lime and sea salt. As we sample the authentic taste of Peru, Martin shares his passion for the food of his homeland, which led him to open his restaurant and which inspired the recipes in his new cookbook Ceviche: Peruvian Kitchen.
