Britain From Above Exhibition - Aerial Photo Portraits of the British Isles by Jason Hawkes

Tuesday 15th May 2012 9:30am - Thursday 17th May 2012 4pm 107 Charing Cross Road Exhibition, Free Event

Britain is a stunning country to photograph from the air: in just one morning's flight you can pass from rugged mountain scenery to the flattest broads, and from meandering inland waterways to untouched coastlines. The Gallery at Foyles proudly presents a collection of mesmerising aerial pictures of the UK, taken from photographer Jason Hawkes' and DK's new book Britain From Above Month by Month. With unspoilt natural beauty, the glitter and glamour of London's skyline, and intimate images of tiny rural villages, this show leaves no stone unturned.
