About The Author

Lauren Kate grew up in Dallas and went to school in Atlanta. She now lives in Laurel Canyon with her husband. Her 'Fallen' time-travelling series for young adults, about a 17 year old girl who falls in love with a fallen angel while good and evil forces battle to keep them apart, was a publishing sensation. The second volume, Torment, entered the New York Times bestseller list at no.1, while the paperback edition of Fallen held the no. 2 slot. The series has been translated into over thirty languages and been optioned by Disney.

To mark the publication of the final volume in the series, Rapture, Lauren chooses 10 of her all time favourite reads.
