CANCELLED Notting Hill Editions present Adam Mars-Jones & Dennis Marks in conversation with Lucasta Miller

Thursday 29th March 2012 6:30pm - 8pm 107 Charing Cross Road Literary Event, Free Event

Two accomplished practitioners of the form, Adam Mars-Jones (left) - who has written about classic Japanese filmmaker Yasujiro Ozu in Noriko Smiling - and Dennis Marks (below left) - who explores the lost Europe of Joseph Roth in Wandering Jew - discuss the pleasure, the craft and the future of the essay with Notting Hill Editions' director, Lucasta Miller. There will be a complementary drink for all who attend.
Launched in 2011, Notting Hill Editions' elegantly presented collections of essays have helped breathe new life into a literary form that has been starved of attention in recent years.
