Inferno: McQueen – Kent Baker in Conversation
On display for the first time at the Gallery at Foyles are the previously unseen, backstage photographs from Alexander McQueen’s seminal show Dante. On show from 20 March to 3 May 2015, these striking images are taken from Kent Baker’s new book, Inferno: Alexander McQueen, published on 30 March by Laurence King Publishing.
To accompany our Gallery exhibition (running until 3rd May), photographer Kent Baker will be in conversation with curator Olly Walker and fashion editor and journalist Melanie Rickey for an hour-long conversation on McQueen, the Dante show, and his heretofore unseen backstage photos.
This panel event will be chaired by Jean Wainwright, Professor of Contemporary Art and Photography, UCA and Associate at Futurecity.
