Everyone loves a pie - and Pieminister is a great Bristol success story. Tristan Hogg and Jon Simon, founders of the company, have now brought together their classic and new recipes in Pieminister: A Pie for All Seasons. They talk about pies and give us some to sample, and there are Christmas drinks too.
