Jonathan Pie: Off The Record Signing Birmingham

Saturday 14th October 2017 3pm - 4pm Grand Central Birmingham Literary Event, Signing, Free Event

Join us as the British actor and comedian Tom Walker signs copies of his book Jonathan Pie: Off The Record.

Tom created the fictitious news reporter Jonathan Pie (while working, we can’t resist pointing out, at Foyles) he can’t have predicted that the character would become a sensation across the nation and the world.

Viewed in the millions on YouTube and Facebook, Jonathan Pie’s angry yet insightful diatribes have garnered him a massive online following and Tom’s 2017 national tour culminated in a sell-out evening at the London Palladium. We’re delighted and more than a little proud that he’s now returning to Foyles to launch his first book, in which everyone’s favourite frustrated news reporter picks off ten of the world’s worst w*****s and tears them apart.

Come along to have your book signed and meet the man behind the comic creation and the YouTube sensation.

Be sure to register your interest in attending the signing below to be in the chance to win a pair of tickets to Jonathan Pie: Back to the Studio Live in 2018 and an authentic Jonathan Pie signed tie.

Tickets: This is a FREE event; simply register your interest below.

Venue: Foyles Bookshop, Grand Central, Birmingham, B2 4BF

PLEASE NOTE: This is a free event however you will need to have purchased a copy of the book from Foyles or be purchasing a copy on the day to enter the queue with proof of receipt. Make sure you register your interest online and arrive no later than 14:30 on the 14th October to go into the draw to win the competition prize. The winner will be announced before the signing begins. Due to time constraints there will be not posed photography on the day.
