Webster / Holub / McLaren

Thursday 27th January 2011 - 6pm 107 Charing Cross Road Ray's Jazz Event, Free Event

The trio of Colin Webster, Mark Holub and Toby McLaren create improvisations that explore the boundaries of colour and form, bringing together acoustic and electronic elements. Their music is an often dark and intensely raucous stew of de-tuned analogue keyboards, squalling tenor saxophone and hyper-kinetic drumming, and yet can be brought to abrupt standstills and moments of meditation.

Colin Wester :: Saxophone

Toby McLaren ::Fender Rhodes

Mark Holub :: Drums
