Writer and academic Nigel Warburton makes it his mission to demystify philosophy. A Little History of Philosophy explores key moments in the Western canon, from Socrates to the present day animal rights movement, explaining some of history's most compelling ideas. Join Nigel at Foyles for an entertaining and engaging survey of philosophy's biggest questions, such as 'what is reality?' and 'how should I live?', and discover why they remain pertinent today.
