Fifty Shades of Comics: The Erotic Imagination

Sunday 4th November 2012 6:30pm - 7:30pm 107 Charing Cross Road Literary Event, Chargeable Event

From chic Italian fumetti to uncensored San Francisco undergrounds, the liberated Sixties and Seventies opened new opportunities for uninhibited adult comics about women and by women. Vanguard American comic artist Aline Crumb (Drawn Together) and novelist Evie Blake (Valentina) reflect on the erotic in their work, then and now, with host Karrie Fransman (The House That Groaned).

Tickets: £8. To purchase tickets, visit the Comica website here.
Venue: the Gallery at Foyles, Third Floor, 113 -119 Charing Cross Road, London WC2H 0EB
