Noel Sweeney, a criminal lawyer specialising in human and animal rights, gives a talk based on his latest book, Animals-in-Law. Dealing in general with the welfare of animals, and particularly touching on dangerous dogs, Animals-in-Law discusses the duty humans owe to animals, and the responsibility of their owners to other humans.
