The Annual Miniature Print Exhibition

Wednesday 27th November 2013 10am - Friday 28th February 2014 8pm Bristol, Foyles, 6 Quakers Friars, Cabot Circus, Bristol, BS1 3BU Exhibition, Free Event

Foyles are proud to present an annual exhibition of miniature prints by Masters students and staff at the University of the West of England, which is designed as a print exchange between artists, but which also raises funds towards the third year Masters students' degree show.

For almost three decades, the Centre for Fine Print Research has worked with staff and third year MA Printmaking students from the Department of Creative Industries, University of the West of England, to produce this annual show of limited edition prints. The format for the prints is the same every year, with a set paper size (20 x 25 cm) and a maximum image size. In return for their participation, each artist receives a full set of 30 prints. Five of the remaining prints from each edition are archived in the CFPR and UWE collections, and the remaining 25 are available to buy.

Foyles are delighted to host the exhibition for the third year running in our Gallery on the first floor - entry is free to all during our usual opening hours. Prints are available to buy unframed for £18 each directly from the shop - please ask a bookseller for details, or email us at

The exhibition is kindly sponsored by John Purcell Paper in London.
