Ray's Jazz: Henry Spencer and Juncture

Multi-award winning trumpet player, composer and bandleader Henry Spencer studied at London Guildhall under a host of jazz luminaries including Dave Liebman, John Scofield and Joshua Redman. After Spencer formed Juncture in 2011 to showcase his fresh compositional approach, the group received immediate acclaim, winning Best Newcomer award at the Marlborough Jazz Festival for their debut performance.
