He's the award-winning chef & broadcaster who introduced us to the delights of cooking the River Cottage way. In Hugh's new book, River Cottage Light & Easy, he entices us with recipes for delicious dishes full of nutrition, showing how healthy food doesn't need to be time-consuming or complicated.

In this exclusive London appearance to mark the publication of his new book, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall will be signing copies of his books and meeting his fans.

And on Wednesday 3 December, the Café at Foyles will be will be serving up a menu full of dishes prepared from recipes in River Cottage Light & Easy.

PLUS everyone who books their FREE place in the Priority Signing Queue will be entered into a draw to win pair of tickets (worth £110) to the Midwinter Feast at River Cottage.
