Cookbook Confidential: An Evening with Diana Henry

Wednesday 7th September 2016 7pm - 8:30pm 107 Charing Cross Road Literary Event, Signing, Chargeable Event

Perhaps no other food writer today has captured our imaginations and our hearts like Diana Henry. Since her first book Crazy Water Pickled Lemons was published, she’s built a loyal following who crave both her recipes and her writing. To celebrate the publication of her tenth book, Simple, you’re invited to join her as she talks about what she loves (and loathes) about cooking and writing and the inspiration behind her new book – a superb collection of fuss-free recipes, all packed with flavour.

Diana Henry has won numerous awards for her journalism and books, including Cookery Journalist of the Year from the Guild of Food Writers (three times, most recently in 2015) and Cookery Writer of the Year at the Fortnum & Mason Food Awards in 2013 and 2015. A Change of Appetite was voted Cookbook of the Year by the Guild of Food Writers in 2015. Diana has written nine other books including Crazy Water Pickled Lemons, A Bird in the Hand, Cook Simple, Salt Sugar Smoke, Roast Figs Sugar Snow and A Change of Appetite.
