Come and join esteemed science fiction and fantasy publisher Gollancz and a host of their authors for a morning of discussion and debate in the Foyles auditorium. The line-up includes:
Panel 1. Why So Early?
Alastair Reynolds, Tom Toner and Catriona Ward will be discussing community engagement, excitement and involvement within the scifi and fantasy community and genre.
Panel 2. More Than a Story
Stephen Baxter, Pat Cadigan and Bradley Beaulieu will be discussing the effects of fiction and whether it can really change the world.
Panel 3. Awards, huh? What are they good for?
A discussion of awards, their role and impact from Elizabeth Bear, Scott Lynch, Paul McAuleyand Justina Robson.
Panel 4. #amwriting
How important is your online presence? With Joe Abercrombie, Antonia Honeywell and Gavin Smith.
The session will run from 10am until 1pm with a 20 minute interval, and will be followed by a signing by all authors.
Ticket price includes a free Gollancz goody bag.
