The Lumberjack's Beard with Duncan Beedie

Saturday 27th May 2017 1pm - 2pm Cabot Circus, Bristol Literary Event, Children's Event, Free Event

Make your own lumberjack's beard (as well as the animals to live inside it!) with author and illustrator Duncan Beedie as he introduces his latest book, The Lumberjack’s Beard.

Every day, Jim Hickory the lumberjack heads into the forest with his trusty axe and chops down trees. Unfortunately, all sorts of creatures lose their homes in the process, so Jim gives them a home in his beard - until one day it all just gets too much. Time for Jim to come up with a better solution!

Hear the story of The Lumberjack’s Beard and have fun creating your very own beard drawings at this interactive storytelling event.

Tickets: This is a free event, simply add the required number of tickets to the basket below. Please note, no physical tickets will be issued (to save the trees!). Your email confirmation is proof of booking.

Venue: Foyles, Brigstowe Street, Cabot Circus, Bristol, BS1 3BH
