Customer Reviews

Living in the U.S. it was not easy to find a baby gift I could send to a friend in London. The baby's mom and I both love books and reading so, a Foyles' gift card was my idea of the perfect gift. Your web site made it so easy for me to make the purchase using U.S. dollars. The baby's mom was delighted that she, the baby, and his big brother would be able to take a trip to Foyles to go shopping. I know they will enjoy whatever they choose.

My daughter and her boyfriend love your London bookshop and like nothing better than to browse there for hours! Birthday presents are easy as I can swiftly despatch a gift card using your very efficient online service and everyone is delighted. Sadly I have no Foyles bookshop near to me, but I always take the opportunity to visit when in London - a real treasure trove to cherish.

We bought a number of vouchers as prizes for a recent student event and were really impressed with Foyles' Customer Service staff, not only did they dispatch the order in record time, but they also rang to check that I was happy. The vouchers were individually presented, in envelopes, with complimentary gift cards. Many of the students who received them went on discover Foyles for the first time. We were delighted to introduce them to London's best bookshop and hope that they will continue to support this fantastic bookstore.
