The Magna Carta turns 800 in 2015. While the build-up to its anniversary has been dominated by arguments about whether it should be taught in schools as part of lessons on 'British values' aimed at tackling 'Trojan Horse' extremism, others have strongly suggested Britain needs a contemporary equivalent. Leading politicians have called for a British 'Bill of Rights', but what would be the impact on our civil liberties, and our relationship with the European Union? Our panel of thinkers attempt to decide.
