To celebrate the launch of Varoom issue 19, in conjunction with the Association of Illustrators

Literary and aesthetic taste in addressing 'Medicine' and 'Horror' have been recent topics for participants Michael Salu, Artistic Director of Granta magazine, and illustrator Tara Dougans has been focusing on what makes beauty for recent Fashion Week artworks, while cartoonist Ben Jennings (who has worked for the Guardian and the Independent and was the youngest ever winner of the Political Cartoon of the Year Award in 2011) challenges taste through his satirical cartoons.

This evening, all three will be in conversation with Varoom's editor John O'Reilly.

Venue: the Gallery at Foyles, Third Floor, 113 - 119 Charing Road, London WC2H 0EB
