Delivery charges and services
In order provide speed and security, Foyles will be supplying this product ONLY by courier service. Please choose the relevant courier option to your country when placing your order. For Rest of the World and USA/Canada customers there is a special courier option called 'Animators Survival Toolkit Courier' to select. If any other delivery option is chosen, our Customer Services Staff will change the postage to courier and charge accordingly.
All prices reflect actual cost of despatch.

Buying Multiple Copies
If you wish to order more than 3 copies, please contact us on orders@foyles.co.uk before placing an order via the website. Although we do not offer any extra discount of the product itself, we will be able to produce a quote for delivery specifically to your country that should be more economical than the per copy charge.
If you wish to purchase more than 20 copies of this product and wish to discuss special terms please contact the Richard Williams Animation Masterclass Ltd via enquiries@theanimatorssurvivalkit.com explaining your order requirements. Once an order has been agreed Foyles will supply the goods to your requirements.
Buying for multi-use screening?
If you are an institution buying for teaching or audience screening purposes, copyright authorisation to screen the DVD is given ONLY if purchases are made in quantities of 2 or more.
Please note that we do not under any circumstances give permission for copying or uploading the DVDs to the internet or an intranet. Also that Library usage even when shown only to individuals rather than groups does require copyright permission.

Will I Be Able to Play This DVD Where I Live?
These DVDs are Region Free and will be accepted by all DVD players. However, The Animator's Survival Kit – Animated is NTSC television standard (North American). Other parts of the world use the PAL and SECAM television standards but 95% of PAL/SECAM DVD/TV combinations will still play these DVDs perfectly. If in doubt please check your DVD Player's instructions.
As PC–based DVD-players can play all television standards, you will be able to play The Animator's Survival Kit – Animated in a DVD-equipped computer provided your computer is equipped with a DVD drive and suitable DVD playing software
Taking Payment
Foyles does not charge for goods until the point of despatch. However, for credit and debit cards a Pre-Authorisation check is done at the time the order is placed to protect you and us from fraud.
If you do not often buy goods or services at these values it is worth contacting your bank and pre-warning them of your purchase as our experience is that the pre-authorisation or the actual charge can be automatically declined by the bank to protect you from potential fraud. If the bank has been advised in advance of your plan to purchase they will authorise as long as all details are input correctly and the funds are available. PLEASE NOTE – this is particularly true if you are ordering from outside the UK and do not often pay in Sterling.
If you wish to pay by other methods than credit or debit cards please contact us on orders@foyles.co.uk . Funds will have to be received into our bank account before despatch of the goods unless you are a Foyles Credit Account Customer.

Can I get a refund for this purchase?
This product is excluded from Foyles' normal 28 day returns policy, this does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have any problems with the delivery, please contact us and if our tracking service can't provide a proof of delivery we will arrange replacement delivery or refund depending on your preference.
If the product arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange courier collection of the product from you and on receipt of the goods, a replacement or refund will be provided.
