Business, Academic & Medical Account services
Foyles has been supplying books worldwide for over 100 years and today our experienced Accounts Team is based at our London headquarters, where we hold the UK’s largest stock of educational, computing, medical, general and specialist titles. Any of these 500,000 plus books, and every other available book in-print, is just a mouse-click or phone call away.
Whether you are looking for just one book or building a complete library, placing regular orders or requesting a large tender, our dedicated accounts team knows how to help you get the best for your organisation. With our network of thousands of suppliers we negotiate on behalf of our customers and are proud to provide each of them with a personal service.
We can offer special discounts and consolidate orders from many sources, quickly getting all the books for you, from a dozen ‘802.11 Wireless Networks’ for computer programmers to forty copies of fashion bible ‘The Goddess Guide’.
We offer credit facilities to UK-based schools and colleges, businesses and organisations, and regularly supply companies around the world with quotations and large orders. For further information see our FAQ below.

Book Tokens and Gift Cards
Need to buy a gift? Don’t forget the ideal book lover’s present: book tokens. These are available in denominations from £1 to £100, and will gladden the heart of any recipient. To ensure secure delivery of these items, which are effectively cash to the recipient, we are obliged to send them via a trackable postal service, the maximum cost for which is £7.00 for a courier within the UK. Please contact Foyles Customer Services for an exact cost in advance of the order.
Did you know we now also stock Foyles Gift Cards in denominations from £5 to £250? These make the perfect gift for any book-lover, whether they're after a bestseller, an old favourite or an undiscovered gem. Or why not treat yourself by filling up a card so that, no matter the state of your finances, you always have funds on hand to secure a great read?
Tours and Talks
Do you run or belong to a special interest group? We can arrange a Foyles tour and talk, where you can find out more about the running of one of the world’s most famous bookshop, learn more about its eccentric past, enjoy special discounts on the day and perhaps meet a member of the Foyle family. For more information, email events@foyles.co.uk.
Getting Married (People still do!)
What could be more practical and permanent as a wedding gift than books? Let us manage your alternative wedding list for you. For more information, call +44 (0)207 440 2253 or email commercialaccounts@foyles.co.uk.
Luncheons
The first Foyles literary luncheon was held in 1930 and the tradition is unbroken to this day. The Luncheons offer the chance to see, hear and meet the great and interesting personalities of our time in a pleasantly informal atmosphere, and have become a much-loved feature of the London literary and social scene.
