Dr. Helmut Habig, geb. 1946, Jurastudium, Tatigkeiten im Bankhaus Hermann Lampe, bei Volkswagen in Sao Paulo/Brasilien, im Maschinenbauunternehmen Westfalia Separator; dort langfahriges Vorstandsmitglied. 1994/95 freier Mitarbeiter der Beratungsgesellschaft Droege & Comp. Seit Ende 1995 eigenes Beratungsgeschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Beratung von Familienunternehmern und -unternehmerinnen. Dr. Jochen Berninghaus, geb. 1953, absolvierte zunachst eine Bankausbildung bei einer deutschen Grobank in Dusseldorf. Nach dem Studium der Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften in Freiburg und Munster war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut fur Arbeits- und Wirtschaftsrecht der Universitat Munster tatig. Von 1981 bis 2001 Partner der Sozietat Rinsche & Speckmann in Hamm. Ab 2002 Partner bei Spieker & Jaeger in Dortmund. Seine Tatigkeitsschwerpunkte sind das Gesellschafts- und Steuerrecht.
