Eduwardo Engel is a professor of Economics at Yale University, Connecticut, USA. Roberto Rigobon is currently the Society of Sloan Fellows Professor of Applied Economics at the Sloan School of Management, MIT; a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research; and a visiting professor at IESA. Francisco Ferreira is the Deputy Regional Chief Economist for Latin America and the Caribbean at the World Bank, Washington, D.C., USA.
