Synopsis

Mit der neuen Lebensmittelhygiene-Verordnung vom August 1997, die die EG-Richtlinie auf nationaler Ebene umsetzt, wird die lebensmittelhygienische Verantwortung den Betrieben ubertragen. Alle Unternehmen, die Lebensmittel herstellen, behandeln oder in Verkehr bringen, sind verpflichtet, ihre Mitarbeiter entsprechend zu unterrichten oder zu schulen. Konkrete Themen zur Ausgestaltung dieser Schulungen bietet die "Hygieneschulung Lebensmittel." Die Themenauswahl folgt den Stichpunkten der DIN 10514 Norm zur Hygieneschulung. Zahlreiche anschauliche Diagramme und Abbildungen erleichtern die Unterrichtsvorbereitung. Fur Schulungszwecke wird zusatzlich eine CD-ROM angeboten, die samtliche Abbildungen und weitere schulungsrelevante Darstellungen in teilanimierten Einzelsequenzen enthalt und somit eine schrittweise Prasentation erlaubt. Alternativ lassen sich die Abbildungen auch farbig auf Folien ausdrucken und so zur Schulung einsetzen."
