Synopsis

This revised and updated edition of Income Tax Laws of Pakistan covers all the amendments introduced in the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 through the Finance Act, 2008. Khawaja Amjad Saeed has a double Masters degree in Commerce from the Punjab University, and in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He obtained a PhD in Business Administration from USA in 1981 and is a member of several local and professional organizations. He has served as Professor and Founder Director of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Punjab University, Lahore, for 23 years and is presently the Principal of the Hailey College of Finance and Banking - the fifth constituent college of Punjab University. He is also the author of Economy of Pakistan (OUP,2007).
