Synopsis

Die Herstellung von Schraubverbindungen ist einer der h�ufigsten Montagevorg�nge. Bei zunehmendem Wettbewerbsdruck und immer k�rzerer Lebensdauer der Produkte stellt daher die Frage ihrer Automatisierbarkeit ein zentrales Thema der Forschungen im Bereich der Montageautomatisierung dar. Ausgehend von der Erfassung des Stands der Technik in der flexiblen Schraubmontage und der Analyse des Schraubprozesses zeigt die vorliegende Publikation die proze�relevanten Einflu�parameter auf. Diese Parameter werden quantifiziert, und Anforderungsprofile f�r Funktionsmodule zur Schraubmontageautomatisierung erarbeitet. Vorgestellt wird ein Rechnerprogramm, das die Simulation des F�geprozesses erm�glicht, und zwar erstmals dreidimensional und unter Einbeziehung s�mtlicher Fasen und Flankengeometrien beider Gewindepartner. Dieses Programm erlaubt die Proze�simulation bei beliebigen Relativlagen der Gewindepartner zueinander und l��t so die realit�tsnahe Nachbildung von Schraubvorg�ngen zu, da auch Positionierfehler in die Betrachtungen miteinbezogen werden k�nnen.
