Synopsis

Die nonverbale Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und Verkaufern ist wissenschaftlich kaum untersucht worden. Das vorliegende Buch versucht deshalb, Forschungsergebnisse zur nonverbalen Kommunikation fur Verkaufsgesprache auszuwerten und durch eigene praktische Erkenntnisse zu erganzen. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei der Theorie-Praxis-Transfer. Diese Schrift wurde im Oktober 1988 vom Fachbereich Wirt schaftswissenschaften der Universitat Paderborn als Disser tation angenommen. Mein akademischer Lehrer, Prof. Dr. Peter Weinberg, hat meinen wissenschaftlichen Werdegang stets ge fordert und mir auch personlich wertvolle Erkenntnisse ver mittelt. In Zusarnrnenarbeit mit Dr. Sigrid Bekmeier entstanden mehrere Studien, deren Ergebnisse in diese Arbeit eingeflossen sind. Sie sowie Dipl.-Kff. Andrea Groppel und Dipl.-Kfm. Heiner Spieker haben mir viele wertvolle Anregungen gegeben. Bei den absch1ie enden Arbeiten am Manuskript wurde ich von meiner Schwester, Frau Helga Niemann, unterstutzt.
