Synopsis

Die Personalbedarfsplanung bildet den Ausgangspunkt der Personalplanung und beeinflut damit die gesamten Folgekosten des Personalbereiches. In diesem Zusammenhang zeigt sich bei kontinuierlichen Fertigungsprozessen eine hohe Limitationalitat zwischen den Produktionsfaktoren Betriebsmittel und Personal. Der hier verfolgte anlagenorientierte Ansatz weist gerade bei komplexen Tatigkeitsstrukturen der kontinuierlichen Fertigungsprozesse wesentliche Vorzuge hinsichtlich Effizienz und Praktikabilitat gegenuber einem tatigkeitsorientierten Ansatz auf. Da die notwendigen Planungsgroen teilweise schon bei der Dimensionierung der Anlage durch den Anlagenhersteller bekannt sind, kann auf der Basis dieser Groen der zu erwartende Personalkostenblock schon vor der Inbetriebnahme der Anlage prognostiziert werden. Damit kann schon im Rahmen der technischen Planung mit der Akquisition des erforderlichen Personals begonnen werden.
