Synopsis

The closest he's ever come to super-stardom is playing the back end of a donkey in the school Nativity play. Then his sister drags him along to an Apocalips concert and he overhears members of the band plotting to destroy all humanity. Starting with their own lead singer. Can Sam discover his hidden talents, infiltrate the World's Most Evil Boyband and foil their fiendish plan? One thing's for sure - if he's going to save the universe, he'll need a bit of help...

Tom Nicoll has been writing since school, where he enjoyed penning essays that were as silly as possible. Tom lives near Edinburgh with his wife, daughter and a cat that thinks it's a dog. He is the author of the successful THERE'S A DRAGON IN MY... young fiction series, published by Stripes. Visit www.tomnicoll.uk | @TGNicoll David O'Connell cannot sing, play a musical instrument or dance, so would never be in a boyband. Luckily for everyone, he is a writer and illustrator, living in London and having fun working on brilliant books like this one. Visit www.davidoconnell.uk | @davidoconnell
