Synopsis

Die Herstellung von Schraubverbindungen ist einer der haufigsten Montagevorgange. Bei zunehmendem Wettbewerbsdruck und immer kurzerer Lebensdauer der Produkte stellt daher die Frage ihrer Automatisierbarkeit ein zentrales Thema der Forschungen im Bereich der Montageautomatisierung dar. Ausgehend von der Erfassung des Stands der Technik in der flexiblen Schraubmontage und der Analyse des Schraubprozesses zeigt die vorliegende Publikation die prozerelevanten Einfluparameter auf. Diese Parameter werden quantifiziert, und Anforderungsprofile fur Funktionsmodule zur Schraubmontageautomatisierung erarbeitet. Vorgestellt wird ein Rechnerprogramm, das die Simulation des Fugeprozesses ermoglicht, und zwar erstmals dreidimensional und unter Einbeziehung samtlicher Fasen und Flankengeometrien beider Gewindepartner. Dieses Programm erlaubt die Prozesimulation bei beliebigen Relativlagen der Gewindepartner zueinander und lat so die realitatsnahe Nachbildung von Schraubvorgangen zu, da auch Positionierfehler in die Betrachtungen miteinbezogen werden konnen.
