Zeecil Kimmel (Baltimore, MD), NNCSS, is a Rapid Response Engineer for Nortel Networks. She holds a Computer Science degree from Maalot Institute in Jerusalem, as well as numerous Nortel and Microsoft certifications. She provides Level 3 support at client sites for products including Accelar, Routers with BayRS, and the OPTera Metro. Eric Renkoff (Union, NJ) is currently a Resident Engineer at Nortel Networks. He is also a Nortel Networks Certified Instructor and has taught classes on various topics including Hub Connectivity, Centillion 100, Frame Switching, Interoperability, and Accellar (now Passport) for many top companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, IMS, and GlobalKnowledge.
