Synopsis

Der Einsatz der Simulationstechnik zur Gestaltung von Produktionssystemen hat in den letzten Jahren zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen. In dieser Arbeit wird nach einer systemtechnischen Betrachtung zunachst auf die Planung komplexer Produktionssysteme auf der Anlagenebene eingegangen. Dabei wird die Ablaufsimulation als eine der wirkungsvollsten Methoden, um im Planungsstadium Erkenntnisse uber das Verhalten einer geplanten Produktionsanlage zu gewinnen, ausfuhrlich behandelt. Der Stand der Technik wissensbasierter Systeme und Simulationssysteme wird diskutiert. Darauf aufbauend wird ein neuartiger Ansatz einer wissensbasierten Simulationsumgebung im Konzept entworfen, der einen modularen Entwurf von Simulationsmodellen sowie die interaktive Durchfuhrung von Simulationsstudien durch Fertigplaner ermoglicht. Die wissensbasierte Simulationsumgebung, die als System realisiert wurde, und deren Praxiseinsatze werden beschrieben. Im Ausblick wird die Integration der wissensbasierten Simulationsumgebung in einem ganzheitlichen Planungskonzept aufgezeigt."
