Le rapport analyse la reforme en cours, et son impact, et emet des suggestions pour sa mise en oeuvre. Il est concu pour etre utilise comme un outil de discussion a diffuser parmi les parties prenantes de l'enseignement malgache. Nous souhaitons qu'il contribuera a une meilleure mise en oeuvre de la reforme de l'enseignement secondaire a Madagascar.
