Synopsis

L'univers poetique de Jean de Boschere s'articule sur les memes themes que l'oeuvre en prose, themes suscites par des reseaux d'association communs. Il s'explique par l'alternance de deux fantasmes; d'une part, celui de la mere et celui de la soeur (etres inseparables), d'autre part, celui du pere, presence masquee (qui est un Autre). Poete, Jean de Boschere convertit la realite ou tenta de l'exorciser en cherchant a exprimer dans son oeuvre des visions d'un autre monde; la soeur et surtout la mere, figures devorees et devoreuses, s'irradierent dans le roman et le poeme. L'Obscur ecrivit parce qu'elles avaient laisse en lui des traces indelebiles, qui le motiverent a faire de l'ecriture un souvenir de leurs morts et une affirmation de sa vocation d'inventeur d'images bousculees, torturees, sublimes.
