Die Autorin: Christine Geffers Browne hat Theologie und Philosophie in Bethel, Muenchen und Heidelberg studiert und das Erste und Zweite Theologische Examen abgelegt. Nach ihrer Uebersiedelung in die Vereinigten Staaten hat sie ein zweites Studium in Germanistik und Romanistik absolviert und mit der Promotion abgeschlossen. Sie lebt in Neuengland, in der Naehe von Boston, Massachusetts.
