Customer Reviews

I loved this book. I loved the way Tove could create something out of nothing, make it beautiful , interesting, cosy ,warm and accepting. My favourite tale is The Squirrel where a solitary lady meets a squirrel who has drifted on to her island. She gives it space, consideration and respect but she battles and confronts it as well. It has a beautiful and humorous ending.
