Synopsis

Barefoot on Soft River Sand is a collection of poems of different themes and issues. Some poems are about childhood and youth, while other are about creativity and some describe tragedies. Two poems are written for the December 26th Tsunami, in 2004. Some poems might actually delight the reader; The author enjoyed recalling his youth while writing some poems and the reader may feel the same while reading them. "I recall the moment when I was walking "Barefoot on Soft River Sand"; the feel of the breeze flowing in through me enlightening my inner self. I hope readers will get similar feelings as they recall the moments that may have delighted them in their live while reading some of my poems. "
