Synopsis

Award-winning writer/artist Darwyn Cooke ("DC: The New Frontier"; "The Spirit") presents a series of beautifully illustrated tales of the Dark Knight and his world! In the graphic novellas "Batman: Ego" and "Catwoman: Selina's Big Score", the Caped Crusader must confront the terrifying darkness within himself to truly understand the mission before him; and Catwoman pulls a heist with deadly and tragic consequences. Batman also features in the chilling "Here Be Monsters", written by Paul Grist ("Jack Staff"); "Date Knight", written by Tim Sale ("Batman: Dark Victory"); "The Monument", by Cooke with art by Bill Wray ("Ren & Stimpy"), and "Deja Vu", from Cooke's Eisner award-winning issue of "Solo!" "The Dark Knight" never looked so good!
