Customer Reviews

What a book! If your world is grey and bleak, and you’ve let the Brexiteers and Trumpeteers get you down, let Paul Stanbridge release a little colour into your life for a few days. In this, sometimes, modern day Don Quixote, Don Waswill and his sidekick Isaiah Olm, known as Is, wander around the Essex countryside at the whim of chance, that is Chance, and fortified by the hyperfine transition line of hydrogen. Things happen, crazy things happen, and just when you think that Chance isn’t really going anywhere, it does. Paul Stanbridge touches on so many concepts, science, art, history (if there is such a thing) it can leave you reeling. This book is pure enjoyment.
