Customer Reviews

Clearly written, structured and concise. Purchased to try and get some guidance on nutrition for training and not for its prose, did the job. Have become a convert to porridge as a result and won't look back on that one. Also dishes seem appetising, not a cook myself but follow the spirit of the book if not the instructions. This is out of stubbornness for disliking instructions not because they are not clear. Good set of ideas and those that have the discipline to follow them am sure they work. My advice steal the ideas and use your own personal touch;)
