Customer Reviews

This book is well-grounded, straightforward and simple to follow - it was recommended to me by a psychotherapist. However I did find it a little, perhaps, too simple in some ways; in other words I felt I was being talked down too. It is also a US book and styled accordingly. Nevertheless it is useful. I went on to buy Overcoming Low Esteem by Melanie Fennell - also recommended to me and looking good from the little I've read so far.
