At the beginning a self-assessment questionnaire enables you to identify the area where you are weakest. Then it's a simply a matter of following the different icons that flag each of the 150 questions. Each exercise is graded, indicating time to take and level of difficulty and which area of the mind you're working out. There are "help" panels throughout the book, which wimps can refer to when the going gets tough and masochists can conceal with the extended flaps.
