Synopsis

'Up close and personal' provides an insight into Windy Dryden the man, using articles, humorous pieces, a fascinating glimpse into his personal therapy experiences and an interview with Dave Mearns. As a follow-up to the thought-provoking and challenging lectures in 'Are you sitting uncomfortably?' these ten chapters continue the personal collection of writings by Britain's most widely-published counsellor. Up close and personal is an entertaining and illuminating account of Windy Dryden's evolutions as an REBT practitioner; to be enjoyed whatever the reader's theoretical persuasion.
