Le colonel Bernd Horn est le directeur de l'Institut de leadership des Forces canadiennes (ILFC). Il a auparavant ete commandant du 1er Bataillon, RCR, et du 3e Commando, Regiment aeroporte du Canada. Le colonel Horn, Ph.D., est professeur agrege adjoint d'histoire au College militaire royal du Canada. Roch Legault, Ph.D., est professeur agrege d'histoire au College militaire royal du Canada. Il a a son actif de nombreuses publications sur l'histoire et la strategie militaires canadiennes.
