Le colonel Horn, Ph.D., est professeur agrege adjoint d'histoire au College militaire royal due Canada. Roch Legault, Ph.D., est professeur agrege d'histoire au College militaire royal du Canada.

Il a a son actif de nombreuses publications sur l'histoire et la strategie militaires canadiennes.
