El autor: Dr. Julio Lopez-Arias, natural de Galicia, se licencio en Pedagogia en la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela y en Filosofia y Letras en la Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, Espana. Recibio su M.A. y Ph.D. en Romance Languages and Literatures en The University of Michigan donde enseno lengua y literatura espanola durante seis anos. Enseno tambien durante tres anos en Eastern Michigan University. Actualmente es profesor de lengua y literatura espanola en Ithaca College, New York.
