(NYU) ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls fur Zivilrecht, Zivilprozessrecht, Internationales Privatrecht und Rechtsvergleichung an der Goethe-Universitat Frankfurt am Main. Seine Publikationen umfassen u.a.
