Prof. Dr. Dennis Bock ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls fur Deutsches und Internationales Strafrecht, Strafprozessrecht und Wirtschaftsstrafrecht an der Christian-Albrechts-Universitat zu Kiel. Zuvor bekleidete er Professuren an den Universitaten Wurzburg und Jena. Er ist am 24.11.1978 in Rendsburg (Schleswig-Holstein) geboren, wo er auch Abitur und Wehrdienst absolvierte. Von 1999 bis 2004 studierte er an der Christian-Albrechts-Universitat zu Kiel und der Libera Universita Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS) in Rom Rechtswissenschaften. Nach dem Ersten Staatsexamen 2004 promovierte er in Tubingen und Kiel 2006 mit einer strafrechtlichen Dissertation. Im Jahr 2007 beendete er das Referendariat mit dem Zweiten Staatsexamen und arbeitete als Wiss. Ass. und Habilitand in Kiel. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Internationalen Strafrecht, im Strafprozessrecht, im Wirtschafts- und Umweltstrafrecht sowie im Bereich der Compliance."
