Reinhard Gagel ( Dr. phil . ), Born 1955, improvisational musicians and researchers as well as ensemble director , teaches at the University of Music and Performing Arts and the Exploratorium Berlin directs the Department of Theory and Research . Matthias Schwabe, born 1958, improvisational musician, composer and music teacher, is the founder and director of the Exploratorium Berlin. He teaches at the Social Pedagogical Institute Berlin and at the University of Arts in Berlin.
